Since 2005 we have been working at Boys and Girls Home of NC in Lake Waccamaw, NC. It was a great learning experience as we were teaching parents for nine teenage girls. We had our ups and downs but over all it was definitely an experience we will never forget. God taught us how to rely on Him completely and that nothing that happens to us in the world is out of His control. He also showed us exactly how powerful the name of Jesus is as we learned to pray like never before. I had written a letter to everyone once before asking for prayer as we felt like God might be calling us on once again. I never got that letter mailed out but some of you must have still been praying for us.
 
God has called us on and now we will be moving to Boise, Idaho where we will begin training for going to Romania. We will be going with Calvary Chapel of Boise and will be the administrators of their Romanian Mission called New Beginnings. We will be in Bistrita, Romania and over four family centers that are an alternative to the government run orphanages. Near each family center Calvary Chapel also plants a church so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be taught not only to the children but the Romanians in the surrounding areas. It will be a big job as we will be over the ministry seeing all aspects of New Beginnings, but we do not doubt that our Lord is able to equip as He promises He will.
 
We thank you all for all of your prayers and support. You have been a huge blessing to us over the years as God has been preparing us for His will. We do ask that you would pray for our safe travels, our health, adjustments, and our financial provisions. We will need to raise approximately $2000 a month to live in Romania, plus the initial cost of airfare and passports which will be approximately $5000 for the four of us.
