Agape Meal Registration Form
Please use this form to sign up for the Wednesday Night Agape Meal.
Please fill out completely with:
- Your FULL NAME
- The date of the meal that you are registering for
- The total number of Adult Meal plates
- The total number of Children Meal plates
- The total number of Two and/or One Hot Dog plates
Agape meals will be every other week during the month of March, and starting in April will be served every Wednesday night. We will have the meal prepared, and you can pay at the door!
Prices are as follows:
- $4 per Adult Meal Plate (includes a hot main course, a side dish, drink and dessert)
- $2 per Child (12 and under) Meal Plate (includes a hot main course, a side dish, drink and dessert)
- $2 Hot Dog Plate (includes two hot dogs, chips, a drink, and dessert)
- $1 Hot Dog Plate (includes one hot dog, chips, a drink, and dessert)
There is a maximum of $15 per family - in other words, no matter how many are in your immediate family, the most you would pay to feed your family is $15!
We need the registration by Monday of the week of Agape!

Your registration will be forwarded to our team. Simply show up from 5:30 - 6:30 on the date of the meal, and pay at the desk.
Ther serving window closes at 6:40 in order the facilitate us to be in the sanctuary when the service starts at 7.
